Lucretia has been with 4M for 8 months, and Bruce for 5, both holding down the main campus of a Michigan-area high school. In that short time, they've built a reputation for quality work, a willingness to pitch in anywhere, and consistency their team can count on. In fact, several staff members at the school have said the cleaning is the best they've seen in years.

Yesterday we celebrated 31 new graduates of our LEAD 360 program. In person or online, we celebrated frontline Team Members from across the country who completed 14 weeks of training, on top of their regular workload, to prepare for leadership roles at 4M.
Promoting from within isn't just something we say. As Dan Cline, our COO, put it yesterday: "When managers advance from within, the likelihood of success in any building we enter goes up too."
LEAD 360 is how we back that up: real investment in the people already carrying 4M forward.
