Our objective is to assist those who are interested in cultivating the practice of mindfulness as a way of freeing their minds from negativity and stress.
Bridget teaches mindfulness meditation as a spiritual practice and as a tool for stress reduction. She holds an MA in Theology and a BS in Occupational Therapy. She has practiced insight meditation since 1997.
