120+ corporate headshots in 2 hours. 😅

Large headshot days move fast, so having a solid process matters just as much as the lighting setup itself.

For this shoot, we focused on a few things that really helped everything run smooth:
• Preparing and testing the setup the night before
• Keeping direction simple and repeatable
• Making small adjustments while maintaining consistency
• Creating an environment where people felt comfortable

When the process feels smooth, people relax — and the final images are better because of it.

Try a few of these on your next corporate headshot shoot.

Core builds custom install kits that help crews move faster—so we played into a subtle superhero theme to bring that to life. Real moments, clean frames, story first. 🦸🏻‍♂️
