Each of these businesses will be donating a percentage of their sales this weekend/week to the Schmitz family. Please come from all over to flood them with business and join in solidarity to show support for this fallen hero.

We are looking for a results driven Escape Room manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in an entertainment-type business, or retail management.
Responsibilities:
Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring all operations are carried out per company guidelines
Training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to Challenge Guides (associates)
Guide customers when in Escape Rooms as needed
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Report on customer needs, escape room stats, etc.
Maintain Escape Room documentation
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Additional store manager duties as needed
Skills

Proven successful experience as a retail manager
Well rounded self-starter
Powerful leadership skills
Customer management skills
Strong organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Escape Rooms
Requirements

Minimum 1 Year Managerial Experience
Weekend and Night Shifts
Minimum 20 hours per week commitment
Pay negotiable based on experience.
