As the Creative Director, Fashion Designer, and Stylist for the press release of this year’s 37th Annual Salute to Excellence in Education Gala, where Black excellence is celebrated with scholarships and awards, I had the honor of helping bringing it all together. But wait, it gets crazier… we pulled this entire thing off in a matter of just THREE DAYS! Yeah, you heard me. THREE. Days. From Model, casting to styling to shooting to press! That’s what you call pressure-cooker editorial fashion!

, what’s up, Cuz?! You already know it’s not a party without you! Shoutout to who captured everything perfectly with the photography. you’re the accessory queen, thank you for always coming through! And a HUGE thanks to , our makeup artist, for having everyone glowing like they walked straight off the runway! , girl, your hair magic had them looking flawless, as always!

Now, let me tell you—it’s a whole different vibe when you can call up your friends and say, ‘Hey, I need you to look bomb in less than a week.’ And guess what? They showed UP. , , , —I love y’all.
