As Coordinator of Counseling and Character Education, Erin has guided 20 schools to National School of Character recognition and helped earn two district-level national recognitions. Her leadership reminds us that character education isn't just about developing students, it's about shaping the culture of entire communities.

In Session 3 of 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗘), professional leaders explored the power of purpose-driven leadership and the role culture plays in helping individuals and organizations thrive.

From defining personal WHY statements to reflecting on core values, this cohort continues to model thoughtful, intentional leadership.

The conversations continue to inspire us and the best is still ahead as we prepare for the final PACE session.
