Spewak Racing is a membership-based running club that welcomes runners of all abilities. As a 501c3 nonprofit, we strive to make the St.
Louis running community more equitable and inclusive with every mile we run. Spewak Racing is a membership-based team, inclusive of athletes of all abilities, which provides opportunities to race, train, and encourage each other every step of the way. We strive to make an impact beyond the race course by giving back to the greater St. Louis region through our event proceeds and volunteering efforts to promote health and wellness and positively change lives.

Our favorite Goo Goo Dolls loving teammate, Krista Staley placed first female OA at the Flat Five 5 Miler this weekend!
She’s been grinding the miles this summer & living her best life as a superstar mom! Krista got out of her comfort zone & competed hard in a fun racing environment!
We are proud to have Krista on our team. She’s ready for an awesome fall of competing & enjoying the sport of running. Congrats, Krista!

We had the best time previewing the Market Mile course this morning & then, drinking delicious coffee at Short Wave Coffee. A huge thanks to our teammate, Jenise for turning us on to this great spot!
Whenever anyone tries to question our athleticism or not, we welcome them to join us for a full session on the track on Wednesday mornings 💪
