We didn’t forget about the shy dogs. We see you, even though you wish we didn’t.

Calling all “once feral” dogs, breeder/puppy mill dogs, and those who just haven’t found themselves yet.

“My dog hides, prefers to go under tables, retreats to their crate or hides behind me. They aren’t aggressive in any way but they wish no one knew they existed besides the people they know and love. I feel so terrible all the time because I don’t know how to help my dog. When we walk on the leash, he/she is terrified of everything so we hardly go. My dog seems to enjoy other dogs but they are easily targeted due to their lack of confidence. Sometimes I wonder what happened to them before me and feel so terrible that their personality is only able to be observed by me. It breaks my heart.”

Who: You and your shy dog (please no dogs who are scared AND aggressive in this class). There is another class for you coming soon.

When: 4 consecutive Mondays at 530pm beginning February 10th. You’ll be implementing different strategies at home after being delivered the necessary direction needed to get new results. Each class we will discuss your progress and provide the next steps for success!

Time: 5:30pm

Puppy school new sessions below consist of 7 hour long classes that meet the same time each week and same day. Below are start dates for each session. This is for puppies only.

Session begins Saturday, February 15th at 9am
Session begins Sunday, February 16th at 530pm (this is a full class)

Adult dog basic obedience (dogs over the age of 16 months). Each start date below begins a session 6 one hour classes that meet each week same time and same day.

Session begins Wednesday, January 29th at 8pm (tonight)
Session begins Sunday, February 16th at 7pm

Intermediate obedience (must have completed basic obedience first). Each start date below consists of 6 one hour classes that meet each week same time and same day.

Advanced obedience (must have completed basic and intermediate first) 6 one hour classes that meet the same time and same day each week.

Good morning from some of the next future Cheap Tricks pups. All of them have owners who have recently signed them up for school and to say we are excited to work with them and make their lives better would be an understatement! WE CANT WAIT!!

From puppies to adults, it is never too late to teach your dog what you expect and reverse whatever you’ve allowed. Dogs are simple minded and we tend to overcomplicate the assignment by speaking too much when giving it. There is no greater gift to a dog than an owner who is clear and consistent. What are you waiting for? Your dog doesn’t love to feel your frustration when they work so hard to please you all day, even when they are making the wrong decisions.
