We had a special musical guest today! One of our May Family of The Month’s had their grandparents visit us and they even wrote a song about the Piglet Room!
Happy happy birthday to this Piglet. He turned 5 over the weekend!
Last day of balloon pop week.
Today was snow cone picnic day!
Today’s balloon pop activity was...BUBBLES! We made our own bubble wands and tested them outside. We blew bubbles with bubble wands. We created bubbles with sponges and Mrs. Susan drew balloons on our arms with special pencils.
This Piglet turned 5 yesterday, if you see her, tell her “Happy Birthday!”
This friend shared all about her family on Friday. She likes to go on boat rides and swim. And have dance parties! Thanks for sharing.
After reading the story, There’s a Bird on your Head, by Mo Willems we performed an experiment with an Ivory bar soap. We put the soap in the microwave and observed what happened. It started to grow! The soap did not feel the same after it was in the microwave. At work time, we mixed the soap with water and small pieces of toilet paper and make a concoction called, clean dirt.
This Piglet shared about his family today. They like to watch movies, go to Disney World, and play baseball together. Thanks for sharing!
We finished a few more Eric Carle murals today.

Hello 2022-2023!

We are so excited to start the new school year. Please know that LECE classrooms, including our Piglet Room, will be using the SeeSaw app this year to connect with families and share classroom happenings rather than our class page, so please be sure to download that app and register.

If you are wanting to receive information through Facebook, please be sure to like the LECE page: Lindbergh Early Childhood Education. On that page, you will learn about school-wide events!
It's going to be a FANTASTIC year!!!

We are enjoying our new shop in the Dramatic Area, a Flower Shop. We are demonstrating our creative side by arranging flowers in vases. We also have a carpet! We created computers with paper and were very busy working on our new carpet.
