April 25th at 9am | L’Occitane Yoga & Give Back Event at the Saint Louis Galleria - Gentle, all levels flow + time to shop and celebrate 50 years of L’Occitane
April 26th at 11am | Eleventh + OM at the - cozy slow flow in the 11th floor ballroom + stay after for drinks and bites at High Bar
May 7th at 6:30pm | Sunset Stretch at Ballpark Village - an easy, feel-good flow under the evening sky with
May 10th | Neo Soul Sundays at the Collective STL -
Back after 9 weeks of YTT and ready to rock it out with yall!
May 16th | Yoga in the Solarium - Heated patio, beautiful views, and a gentle vinyasa to move and breathe
May 24th | Eleventh + OM at the AC Hotel - Another cozy Sunday flow upstairs, followed by good food and even better vibes

day 3 of - alternate the bend.
Each movement carries a different bend in one or both legs.
It helps remind you that yoga is breath, it’s flow, it’s fluent.
Alternating bend in the knee keeps the movement almost dance like and to me that’s where the magic lives.
When the body listens to the breath, the practice softens, flows, and becomes something you feel instead of perform.
