Keeping those condensers clean helps them to run much cheaper, and last considerably longer. $75 service is well worth the investment.

Today is one of those wonderful days to open windows, let the air in, and test that furnace before it’s too late. Older furnaces should have an inspection, and carbon monoxide detectors in the house.

Ok. Quick PSA: stop buying pleated air filters. Unless you have severe allergies, they’re a waste of money. A simple fiberglass type filter is plenty. Cheaper and easier on your HVAC system.

Cottonwood is blowing right now. Make sure those A/Cs are thoroughly cleaned after. Huge power use difference, and wear/tear on the A/C
