You're not getting old.
You're under-muscled.
Overstressed.
Under-recovered.
And trying to white-knuckle your way through it.
The good news?
There are options.
You don't have to accept poor sleep, low energy, loss of strength, and feeling disconnected from your body as your new normal.
Aging is mandatory.
Doing it passively is not.
Build the muscle.
Support the hormones.
Prioritize recovery.
Your future self will thank you.
Your body is the ultimate overachiever—it stops changing when the job gets too easy. Progressive overload is simply giving your muscles a reason to keep showing up. A little more weight. A few more reps. An extra set. Better form. Because lifting the same dumbbells forever and expecting a different body is basically sending your muscles the message: ‘We’re just here to socialize.’

A healthy metabolism is a flex.
So is muscle.
So is energy.
So is mobility.
The real goal isn't just looking good.
It's feeling good in your body for decades to come.
Because the ultimate luxury isn't a smaller body.
It's having the health to fully enjoy your life.
This is a go to meal when I don’t have anything planned for dinner so Im usually cooking the tenderloins from frozen. Cook for 10 minutes @360 degrees, add pesto sauce on top and bottom. Cook another 8-10 minutes, flipping half way. Add Parmesan cheese the last 1-2 minutes if you choose. I usually serve with roasted veggies, salad, or as a sandwich. Easy peasy! Try this on a busy week night and let me know what you think!

One of the most common things I hear from women is:
"I just don't feel like myself anymore."
Not because they care about a number on the scale.
Because they're tired.
Their body feels different.
Their energy is gone.
Their confidence is slipping.
They're frustrated that what used to work doesn't work anymore.
And somewhere along the way, many women convince themselves this is just aging.
I don't believe that.
I believe it's okay to want to look good.
I believe it's okay to want to feel confident in your body.
I believe vanity and longevity can occupy the same space.
You can want the smaller jeans AND the stronger bones.
The confidence AND the muscle.
The libido AND the long-term health.
That's exactly why I care so much about hormones, muscle, metabolism, sleep, stress, and lifestyle.
Because your body should feel good to live in.
Not just today.
For decades.

If you have been trying to figure out your body and not getting the results you expected, you are not alone.
Most approaches focus on one piece of the puzzle.
Your body requires more than that.
At Sisu Health, the focus is on building a complete strategy that supports how your body is actually meant to perform.
That is what creates results that last.
If you are ready for a more structured and intentional approach, you can book a consultation through the link in bio.

Most people assume their results come down to discipline.
Trying harder.
Being more consistent.
Having more willpower.
But in many cases, the issue is not effort.
It is strategy.
If your approach is not supporting your metabolism, your muscle, and your overall physiology, it becomes much harder to sustain results.
This is why many people feel stuck, even when they are trying.
When the strategy changes, the experience changes.
Less friction.
More consistency.
Better outcomes over time.
That is the difference between forcing results and building them.
Baseline labs help us understand exactly what direction treatment should take and why.
At Sisu, we run comprehensive baseline labs before starting treatment because symptoms alone rarely tell the full story.
Low energy.
Weight gain.
Poor recovery.
Sleep issues.
Brain fog.
Low libido.
Those symptoms can have multiple contributors, which is why we look deeper.
We assess things like:
• insulin and glucose regulation
• thyroid function
• hormone levels
• vitamin and nutrient status
• inflammation markers
• cholesterol and cardiovascular risk
• metabolic health overall
This deeper understanding allows us to build a more personalized and effective treatment plan.
By combining lab data with your symptoms, goals, and daily habits, we can make more informed decisions about the best path forward.
The goal is to create a strategy that supports:
better energy
better recovery
better body composition
better metabolic health
and better long-term outcomes.
Medication can be an incredible tool.
But tools work best when paired with data, intention, and strong foundations.
