Tweaked my lower back weeding one of the gardens and then probably made it worse stretching in exercise class. It’s hard for me to sit and do nothing so I painted these little wood oval slices.

Someone sent this to me. Very appropriate.

“Cape Lookout” on Oregon coast. My daughter’s friend took a photo (scroll to see) and she sent to me. I decided it was such a beautiful photo to try and paint it. Trying to improve my skill painting “real things” 🤣
