Couple of banks I wrapped up end of May🙃

Two 87ah scib banks that I worked on this weekend. One of them features a beautiful red barn stain with 3 coats of polyurethane. The second is a clean flat white paint job that can stand out in any build. I've had a surplus of orders the last 2 weeks so make sure you get your order in before supplies run out!

I'm excited to announce CES officially has 43.5ah banks available. This is a smaller more compact option for people who are limited on space and don't need the juice of a big 87ah bank.
•Dimensions:15¼ long 8⅜" wide 4¾" tall, not including the 3/4" case

My first calb bank went out yesterday. This was the first unit I've put together. I have some pictures below showing the process from start to finish. This bank consists of
•6063-T5 aluminum buss bar links for improved conductivity compared to 6061-T6
•1½" wide bars counterbored on the underside to allow a flush fit on the cell pad. This reduces contact resistance and improves energy transfer
•⅜" terminals to maximize strength of threaded holes
•High quality heltec 5 amp balancer
•New grade A calb 20ah cells, offering unbelievable performance compared to any other lifepo4 battery

I'd like to showcase the performance of the new lifepo4 cell I will be using for my stock charging voltage solution, because no one should buy a battery rated based on some imaginary number. This is the calb 20ah and has proven a 19.15c discharge rating dropping to 12v. The graph illustrates the performance at different loads, each load lasts 30s with no charging current present for the entirety of the test.

I've got a freshly assembled 87ah scib bank with 2.9ah cells ready for a new home, take it home for $1800.

Although I've never advertised these they have been a hit. I figured now is as good a time as any to put them out there. These are custom built battery banks intended for stock alt applications. They are a prismatic lifepo4 chemistry with a max charge of 14.6v. The larger bank is 100ah in capacity and good for 500amps of discharge and 300 amps of charge. The smaller one is 50ah, good for 250 amps of discharge and 150 max amps of charge current. They come standard in a sanded plywood box and accompanied with a 4s balancer. I can tap the end bars with 5/16" or 3/8ths course thread or include a basic nut and bolt terminal. The smaller bank runs $200 and the larger one runs $350.
I have a limited quantity of these cells but I plan to have another lifepo4 cell in stock around the beginning of the year.

I machined my own set of bars for this project, which is still a work in progress, but I'm pleased with the results for my first attempt.

Check out this huge beast I finished up last week. Total of 174ah and enough current to power 90k clamped. It will be awesome to see this thing in action 🤩💥🔋💪
