Just buttoned this remodel up! Waiting on a shower door, exterior paint color and carpet and their living space will be a 11/10!

They never used their whirlpool tub and wanted more bedroom space so we knocked out the wall, built one to separate the bathroom with a pocket door, changed the windows out to allow more natural light and swapped the French door for a single door with built in blinds! Bathroom we went simple with a new tile shower as hard water has taken its toll on their previous tile and a new mirror. Pair these additions with a new paint color, freshly stained trim, and new LED lights in all three rooms and it is BEAUTIFUL!

One of our biggest projects to date is finally coming to a wrap! Over 1000sq ft of finished cedar deck space, completed with benches! We got it all tore down, fixed the messed up plumbing, waterproofed with the goboard waterproofing system and tiled away!
