If you don't want to spend a fortune on fancy acclimation containers or domes, two plastic cups taped together seems to work well. You just prop the cup open a little more each week until they're ready to go. This is Philodendron 'Billitae Variegated'. They come small and are a but on the slow side for growth
Syngonium podophyllum 'Merry' appears to be a very vigorous variety with dark red/maroon and green leaves. Let's take a look at how it's doing

Philodendron TRUE PINK MICANS. New leaves are already pushing out of the nodes. Once more established, they will be separated from the mother plant and put up for sale
