🚨 Friends, we need your help! 💜

Intricate Minds has been gifted a Harm Reduction Vending Machine — now we just need to bring it home to Springfield! This machine would allow community members to access lifesaving supplies even when our doors are closed, helping us meet people where they’re at 24/7 with dignity, compassion, and care.

To make this happen, we have to travel to Baldwin, Michigan to pick it up. Funds raised will help cover:
🚚 U-Haul rental
⛽ Gas & mileage
🤝 Support for two helpers making the trip

As a volunteer-run organization, Intricate Minds works every day to support some of the most vulnerable members of our community through harm reduction outreach, hygiene supplies, meals, wound care, overdose prevention, and so much more — all powered by love and community support.

This vending machine is a huge step toward making lifesaving resources more accessible in Springfield. Every donation, share, and comment helps us get closer. 💜

If you can’t donate, please share this post. You never know who might be able to help us get this machine home.

Narcan is for EVERYONE!!

It can be used for someone who accidentally took their prescription more than once.

It can be on a teen who was given something they didn't understand.

It can be used on a toddler who found a pill in the park.

It can even be used for a pet who found and ate an accidentally dropped pill! (Follow vet instruction/direction)

Naloxone will not harm someone if you give it to them and they are not overdosing on an opioid.

Naloxone can be given safely to people of all ages, from infants to older adults. This includes an adolescent or young adult who may have unintentionally taken an opioid.

Carry narcan in your purse, bookbag and/or car JUST in case! You might save a life!!

Pick up FREE Narcan at the Sangamon County Health Department, Chop Express, Handy Pantry, Mansion View, Jamal's Grocery, The Curve Inn, Currency 1st Exchange, Lon's Tire & Auto, & Intricate Minds. Drop other pick up locations in the comments!

Lets all look out for each other!!!
