Sometimes a simple fixture change makes all the difference in the world.

Sometimes we could all use a bit of refinishing.

Each photo is a step toward fixing this ceiling. The ceiling fell in due to water leak. Once the leak was addressed the plaster was cut to studs and drywall hung. A little mud later and the ceiling is beautiful again.

It's an electrical joke..... ha ha!

One of the easiest ways to increase the value (and live-ability) of your home, is to increase living space. Velorossa Construction helped this family convert their attic into bedrooms and increased the living space of the home by more than 1000sq ft. Not only does this provide more space for this growing family, but a project like this one also increases the value of the home too.
