The Foundation for TJO Animals raises funds to provide resources and support for critical veterinary care and enrichment for the animals at the Thomas J O'Connor Animal Control and Adoption Center.
Adoption Monday!! Our weekly visit to TJO to see who’s up for adoption has now shifted to Mondays!
Visit the Thomas J OConnor Animal Control & Adoption Center M,T,Th,F from Noon to 330pm and by appointment on weekends!

A huge shoutout to former Springfield Thunderbird Matt Luff for supporting TJO this season!!! He had a stellar year and the animals at TJO will benefit! Luffs Pups was a huge hit and we are forever grateful for his generosity & love of doggies!! We wish him all the best as he continues his career!!

🐾 HELP US KEEP PETS FED IN OUR COMMUNITY 🐾
The Foundation’s Reese Pet Food Initiative is working to get much-needed pet food into local food pantries so families never have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their pets. ❤️
We’re looking for:
🐶 Businesses
🐱 Schools & clubs
🐾 Offices & community groups
❤️ Organizations & teams
to host pet food drives and help collect:
✔️ Dry dog & cat food
✔️ Wet dog & cat food
✔️ Any brand, any size
Every donation helps local pets stay in loving homes and supports families throughout Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, and surrounding communities. So far, we are distributing food to Lorraine's Soup Kitchen in Chicopee and hope to add more local pantries soon with YOUR help!
