As a new school year begins and the tides shift, so do our hours! 🌊

The Lagoon is adjusting its schedule, and we’re making a little more room for weekday playtime. Now open MONDAYS!

Starting TOMORROW our new hours will be:

🌊 Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
🐚 Friday – Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

☕ Jaws & Java Café:
Monday – Thursday: Open until 2:00 PM
Friday – Sunday: Open until 5:00 PM

Whether you’re stopping by for a quick weekday splash or spending the whole weekend with us, we can’t wait to SEA you! 🧜‍♀️💙

* Please note that the Jaws & Java Café closes one hour before the Lagoon on weekends, so be sure to grab your favorite treats before the tide rolls out!

🌊Field trips are coming to Lagoon!🐠🧪

During the school year, our weekdays aren’t just for play — Lagoon will also be welcoming school field trips, preschool groups, homeschool groups, and youth programs during our weekday hours from 10 AM–2 PM, Monday–Friday!

Our Splash Bash room is getting a second job as our marine biology lab + event space 🐙🔬🫧 where groups can dive into hands-on science, explore the underwater world, meet some of Lagoon’s fishy residents, and still have plenty of time to PLAY!

But Friday afternoons are reserved for some very special little marine biologists… 🍎🌊

Apple Tree Academy Elementary Afterschool kids will head to Lagoon many days throughout the school year for their special field trip days! Think science experiments, aquarium learning, special activities, and an entire afternoon of Lagoon fun. 🐠🧪💙

And yes — Apple Tree provides FREE shuttle transportation after school from select Springfield elementary schools! 🚌🍎

Lagoon Playcafe will be closed Tuesday–Friday on June 2–5 and June 9–12 for our annual cleaning and maintenance! We’ll be spending that time deep cleaning, refreshing, and making updates around the café to keep everything safe, sparkly, and shipshape 💙

We’ll still be OPEN all weekends for playtime and under-the-sea adventures!
