I have abandoned all responsibilities to get back to the River Pretty Writer’s Retreat for the weekend. I’ve been in a slump for a few weeks with my writing, but I’m hoping this will give me the focus I need to get back into it. This is the view from my room. 😊

Today I’m trusting the process, even when I can’t see the ending yet.
Stories change people. That’s why I keep writing.
Writing tip: permission to write badly is permission to write freely.
If you’re struggling with your story, don’t quit—pause, then continue.
