On Sunday we honor our friend, and Co-chair Sabrina Lindaman, who sadly passed away over the Christmas holiday.
Sabrina was simply incomparable. Her quick wit, special brand of humor, whimsy goth fashion sense and enormous heart will not be forgotten. She loved her community and was a fierce advocate for trans rights. She was just beginning her work. Let us all be inspired by her passion and fury, as well as her love first ask questions later demeanor.
Rest in power our beautiful friend. Until we meet again
Join us at The Glo Center on Sunday from 3-5 pm for a vigil.

Thank you to everyone who made it out for our TDOR ceremony last night. It was a very sad and somber night, as usual, but seeing our community come together and comfort one another was a light in the darkness.
It cannot be overstated how many of the victims we lose each year are trans women of color. The intersectionality of racism, transphobia and misogyny continues to be a deadly mix for far too many humans whose lives are taken for simply living authentically. Very often, those folks are huge champions for their community, compounding the grief of their loss with the drop in support for the people they served.
