Good morning! We are back in the "Cage" With one of Springfield greatest Micky Perdue free free free for all girls. From 9am until 11am We bringing the rec, the grill out, hard work, snacks, sisterhood and must important fun fun fun great times and awesome memories.

Great first Day in Cage for Basketball Rec, Skills and Drills. It's not to late to join every Tuesday and Thursday from 9am until 11am girls are feed word of wisdom, prayer, we stretch, do drills, go through a agility obstacle course, play shooting games, and the Rec with 3 v 3 or 5 on 5. Snacks, fruit, food for the grill, drinks and water is all donated in. We do have need for a grill. If your heart being touched to donate we thank you in advance.

Girls are building a sisterhood and support for each other not just basketball but for life is the goal. So college students come home from the summer they love helping the younger ones and sharing they experience with high school. The high school like giving the younger ones directions and what they go through in practice and how they was taught basketball when they were younger. Middle school works hard to prove a point and the younger sister try hard to not get frustrated. Pretty fun to watch. So if you daughter has any interest.
