This customer brought her truck to us after a dealer had installed some new struts because she was experiencing a loud squeak while driving. After they sprayed the struts with WD40 and that not fixing it they told her she needed to take it somewhere else because they couldn’t find the source of the noise. We found the noise and got it fixed the same day! We are needing some service work this coming week. I go off book time for each repair and charge an 80 dollar shop rate. Some jobs are a fixed rated such as brakes/oil changes and such.
