Running it back again this week with a few staples and a new experiment:

- Classic Sourdough – $8
- Cheddar Jalapeño – $9
- Dough Lab Experiment: Cinnamon Apple Sourdough (limited batch) - $7
- New York Style Pizza Dough (now a permanent item)
- 2 dough balls (makes 2 12–14” pizzas) – $7
- Add-on: Sauce + fresh shredded cheese blend – +$3
Pizza dough is not sourdough — this is classic NY-style.

As always, this is a dough lab — I’m testing, tweaking, and looking for feedback.

• 2 dough balls (makes 2 12-14” pizzas) – $7
• Add-on: Sauce + fresh shredded cheese blend +$3
