After church Ty and I jumped all in experimenting for our next dinner party. This trout was insane, the ingredients paired with it were perfect, and the asado grill he made, made it taste even better! We even found the perfect wine to go with it!

When one of your best friends has too much pig fat in her freezer you gladly take some off of her hands
oh the things I will make with this lard! 😍 so glad Ty can have pig product again!

Jesus Mission, in India, graduated 30 women from their tailoring programs!

It’s been a while since we’ve posted. Moving is not for the faint of heart, especially when you move from a gourmet kitchen to an average person‘s kitchen lol
But we are adjusting and I’m so excited because tomorrow night we’re doing our first Sobremesa Farm Kitchen event for the year.
We will be traveling to Kansas City
Things are going to look a little different. Instead of us hosting people at our table we will be going to other people‘s tables and will be bringing life to their table.

All going towards a good cause just looking a little bit different.

Still changing lives one meal at a time.

A home is not just a building or a structure it's a place of belonging, a sanctuary of love, a feeling of comfort; a home can be made anywhere. Today we announce with a sad yet joyful heart that Sobremesa Farm, our beloved home, will be going on the market. There are lots of reasons why this chapter in our lives is coming to a close and it was not an easy decision to make. We are forever grateful to our friends, family, and the countless strangers who've shared moments of joy and love around our table; these memories will last us a lifetime. Sobremesa Charitable foundation will still continue to be a beacon of hope in supporting Jesus Mission in India; it will just look a hair different now. Thank you so much for all the love and support.

HAPPY 4th!!!!! So thankful to our service members who served and/ or are serving to protect our freedom!
