I’ve gone back and forth on what to say because this weekend meant more to me than I can put into words.

Seeing so many of you walk through those warehouse doors one last time… I had to hold back tears more than once.

The warehouse became more than just a workspace. It was long workdays, late nights, show prep chaos, and memories I’ll never forget. It truly felt like home. Deacon grew up running around in there with me, and so many of our everyday moments happened inside those walls.

Walking out for the last time felt heavier than I expected. I poured so much of myself into that space.

But what I felt most this weekend was gratitude.

Gratitude for every single one of you who showed up.
Who shopped.
Who hugged me.
Who told me you were proud of me.
Who supported this dream from the beginning.

Max & Addy isn’t disappearing… but it is changing. It will be smaller. Simpler. Different than this chapter.

And while that makes me sad, I’m also so thankful I got to experience this version of it with you.
