We're excited to see our students Hazel E and Maren G perform in Dreamland, with music directed by our very own Sam Evans!

You won't want to miss Dreamland's wildly entertaining, high-energy mashup of Area 51 alien sci-fi and infectious 1950s doo-wop music that you simply cannot find in any other musical!

Abbie Batson has been singing for as long as she can remember and has spent the past 15 years leading worship, including 10 wonderful years at SouthBrook Christian Church, where she grew a deep love for helping others connect to music in a meaningful way. Abbie also sang in Forte, an a ca****la group at Centerville High School, which sparked her love for harmony, storytelling, and blending voices.

She loves teaching singers how to use their whole body as their instrument—learning breath work, healthy technique, and most importantly, how to truly feel and connect with what they’re singing. Abbie’s goal is to help each student feel confident, free, and fully themselves in their voice.

We are so proud of all of the students, teachers, and schools represented on this special evening.

A special congratulations to Peter Bright, Molly Wade, Samantha Meyerhoeffer, and Quentin Whitfield who will be performing in the medleys as Outstanding Lead Actors. We're also excited to see three Madison students take the stage who were choreographed by our own teacher, Andrea Parsons!

An extra round of applause goes to Addison Haines, who is being honored as one of only two students selected to represent the MVHSTAs at the Jimmy Awards. What an incredible achievement!

We also have students from Centerville, Alter and Springboro who are performing with their casts that are being recognized for Outstanding Musicals. We can't wait to celebrate all of your hard work and accomplishments. 💛🎶

Join us May 21 & 22 for our Spring Recitals at Wright State University’s Creative Arts Center in Schuster Hall! These performances are a wonderful opportunity for our students to showcase all their hard work on a larger stage in front of family, friends, peers, and our studio community. 💛

Each recital will last approximately one hour, and families are encouraged to plan to stay for the full performance.
