Estate Sale Clean-out!

This is an example of the services we can offer you following an estate sale. We had just completed an estate sale clean out of a property in Houston when we received this review from our customer.

An estate I was working with gave me the task of finding a solution of disposing the remaining furnishings of a home. I tried finding a donation solution but the timeline was too far out, so I suggested hiring a junk hauler instead. Once I was given the go-ahead, my first stop was to go to the Better Business Bureau online as I searched for junk haulers who were BBB members. That is when I found Come and Get It, LLC. This company is a BBB member in good standing. When I Googled their company, I only found ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews. I spoke to Ronnie Baker, the owner a number of times over the phone, email, and texting. I sent him pictures of the items that needed to be removed and from that, he was able to give me a detailed invoice, so I could see the breakdown cost for each item to be removed. From that invoice, I checked out other junk haulers and found their pricing was fair, so I hired them. Once they arrived, they quickly went to work. As stated on their website, their pricing includes labor, taxes, and fees, so you will not be surprised with any added charges once the job is completed. I am incredibly pleased with their work and would not hesitate to hire them again!
