Final progress pics of the ribs. They've been pulled, wrapped and resting for an hour.

Testing out Wagyu Beef Plate Ribs today that I picked up from Lawson's Meat market in the Woodlands. I've made back rubs before and came out good enough to where I could move up to plate ribs.

Made some sausage bread tonight. I need a tad bit more work to make it Cajun.

So I was tasked with making a low sugar dirt and worms cake for roughly 24 people. Instead of making a giant sheet cake, decided to make 2 separate 9x13 cakes instead.

Keto chicken pot pie. Crust is made out mozzarella cheese, almond and coconut flour.

Here the current price list for BBQ and Pies. Some items are pending until I perfect them.

Weather is too good out to not to have some BBQ or pies and I'm smokin em up. I'll have prices up soon.

Smoked a brisket yesterday. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it until now because that hunger thing hit me something fierce and fell into a food coma.
