I used to roll my eyes when Missy would tell me this time and time again at Bootcamp. Through food logs, learning the right foods to eat, learning about intermittent fasting, learning how hormones affect you as you age and learning how to work out correctly at least 5 days a week, it all came together!
Slow and steady the weight came off, the muscles came out and the confidence began to shine through.
At 51 years old I am down 30 pounds and down 3 pant sizes.

BIG congrats πΎ to Jackie and Logan β€οΈ Jackie came to CORE 8 months ago to get in shape for her wedding! She has lost a total of 20lbs and learned so much along the way! Iβm so proud of her and how far sheβs come! Sheβs made health a priority in her life and we look forward to helping her continue her fitness journey!
