Are you thinking about yet? I generally don’t set them but I think 2020 got me in such a funk and off track that I might benefit from a black and white list of ways I want to be better to myself over the next year. ❤️❤️
I don’t tie confidence to fitness so I want to just clear that up first. Your confidence should come from you, no strings attached. Some people find it through discovering their physical strength, emotional strength, fun outfits, rising from trauma, but I think it’s important that although we discover it through that, we don’t tie it to something that can be easily lost.
I can’t help you with your New Years resolution to spruce up your garden or organize your garage but I can help you when it comes to the way you want to present yourself to the world. Whether that’s with a spiced up wardrobe fit for date nights and dinners, activewear for any fitness related goals, or (like me) more comfy options for staying in, I’ve got options you’re sure to love!

Do you rep your business out in public? I just got a shirt made and I’m not sure if it’s smart or weird to wear it out and about. My first friend I showed not only insisted it was smart but requested I get one for her too. ❤️
