The Relentless Lifestyle standard — no guilt, no extremes, no BS. I felt like all I was was mom, housekeeper and chef.....there was no fulfillment for me.
First and foremost, I'm a wife to a wonderful man, we have twin girls and they are the reason I do what I do! After suffering from postpartum depression and the monotony of washing 16 bottles a day and changing as many diapers, keeping up with the house, cooking, cleaning, etc, I lost myself as a woman. I slowly climbed my way out through exercise-it became my outlet. I did all the things and most

Peptides are amazing. They aren't new. They aren't a fix-all either.
We have been using peptides and red light therapy for about a decade in this house. It's actually pretty cool to see them becoming mainstream.
Red light - eh, I'm still out on that based on personal experience. But it's definitely a no harm/no foul situation so you don't have anything to lose.
But here's the problem:
If you're thinking peptides and red light are going to solve your problems, you're wrong.
If you're still sleeping like s**t, eating like s**t, not moving your body, running on E all the time while guzzling caffeine all damn day, it's not going to do much.
Quit avoiding the WORK if you want lasting changes.
And for the love, quit buying peptides from your bestie and the new mlm she's repping and following some chat gpt'd protocol on dosage. 🙃 Cause I bet she didn't tell you how many needles you'll need, where to get them, how to store and dispose of everything properly, that you shouldn't draw and inject with the same one.... I bet she didn't tell you that you also need BAC water or how to mix it all. I bet she didn't tell you that you'll likely have to take them for a VERY long time (they aren't a one and done thing). I bet she didn't tell you to not inject in the same spot all the time. I bet she didn't tell you that you can be allergic to the BAC water and will need an alternative.
You get my point.
Peptides from a reputable source coupled WITH those 5 things (see graphic) - that can be a game changer! Peptides support and can help with healing but they aren't a CURE.
YOU still have to do the work.

My friend told me she needs to "get back in the groove" with working out.
I asked what that looked like for her and — shocker — it was the usual. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Same time. Same routine. You know, the "right" way.
And if she can't do that exact thing? Then it doesn't count and she feels like she's failing.
Which is such bulls**t.
Why does consistency have to look like a perfect schedule? Why does it have to be MWF at 6am or nothing? Why can't it be Tuesday and Saturday one week, or twenty minutes when you can fit it in, or literally whatever works for your actual life?
It all counts. All of it.
Because we've been convinced that if it's not structured and perfect it doesn't matter. That if you're not following THE PLAN you're just half-assing it.
Real consistency is messy as hell. It's figuring out what works this week and adjusting when next week is completely different. It's not waiting for perfect conditions that never come.
This pizza? Me and my daughter shared it in a hotel room after all the volleyball games while she did homework and I worked. Zero planning. Zero perfection. And guess what — still fine.
Stop trying to find the groove. Just show up however you can and stop making it so damn complicated.
*NGL, if you're after some super strict goal with a deadline, then yeah, you probably need to tighten things up but for the most of us, we are simply trying to improve our health in a way that doesn't feel restrictive. That's what I'm talking about. ;)

I haven't posted in well over a week.
And honestly? I haven't missed it. It's actually felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.
I've been busy onboarding new clients, working with their physical therapists and doctors to make sure we're all on the same page (a lot of my clients are dealing with injuries, post surgery, special abilities, etc and require a lot more care and expertise than your generic trainer at a big box gym). Not to mention managing fires at the gym, and dealing with end-of-year chaos with my kids.
The stuff that actually matters. The stuff that actually moves things forward.
I was at a couple social events this weekend and got so many "I love your posts, keep it up" comments — which is lovely to hear, truly. But here's the reality: I've spent years pouring time and energy into content that gets a lot of engagement but doesn't actually turn into anything beyond that.
So I'm done treating social media like it's mandatory. I'll post when I feel like it. When I have something worth saying. When it doesn't feel like I'm performing for an audience.
If you want to work with me, you know where to find me. If you just want to follow along, that's fine too.
But I'm not grinding myself out for algorithm validation anymore. Nevermind that the majority of my business is word of mouth anyway. It just doesn't make sense to spend the amount of time here like I used.

Hi, I’m Bre 👋
I’m a coach, trainer, and founder of The Relentless Lifestyle.
And while yes—I can absolutely help you get stronger, lose body fat, build muscle, improve nutrition, or finally get consistent in the gym…
That’s usually not the real problem.
Most people don’t need more information.
They need structure, accountability, and someone to help them simplify the chaos.
That’s where I come in.
I work with middle aged moms who are tired of the all-or-nothing cycle:
➡️ Starting over every Monday
➡️ Following random workouts online
➡️ Trying diets they hate
➡️ Putting themselves last until their health feels like another source of stress
My coaching is built around sustainability.
No extremes.
No quick fixes.
No “just be more disciplined” nonsense.
Just real support, real strategy, and a plan that actually fits your life.
Here are a few ways we can work together:
✔️ In-person training
✔️ Online training
✔️ Nutrition consulting
✔️ Health coaching
✔️ Self-paced programs
If you’re ready to stop winging it and start building habits that actually stick, send me a message.
Let’s figure out what support actually makes sense for you. 💙

Just ask my 3 friends.

Summer's coming and I'm opening up 2 spots for 1:1 personal training.
But let me be clear: I'm selective about who I work with.
If you're looking for a quick fix, a 6-week transformation, or someone to just give you exercises and call it a day — I'm not your trainer.
I work with people who understand that real change takes time and that there's more to health than just working out.
My approach addresses movement, nutrition, recovery, and the lifestyle habits that actually make training stick. We train at my private home gym — just you, me, and the work.
If you're ready to do this the right way and you're not looking for shortcuts, let's talk.
Only 2 spots available. DM to apply.

I looked back at my Facebook memories this week.
A decade + of posts. Free advice. Tips. Strategies. Education. Value after value after value.
And you know what I noticed?
The same people who were asking for help ten years ago are still asking for help today.
Different words. Same problem.
They don't need more information. They already have it. Hell, we all do.
What they need is to stop consuming and start implementing. To slow down. Ignore the noise. And actually do the work.
But doing the work isn't sexy. It's not a quick tip you can save and forget about. It's not another post to screenshot and file away with the other hundred you've saved.
It's uncomfortable. It's boring. It requires you to change how you're living, not just know more things.
And here's the hard truth: I can't make you do that.
I can give you all the free advice in the world — and I have — but if you're not ready to actually implement it, nothing will change.
The people who work with me? They get results. Because they stop asking for more information and start doing the work.
Everyone else? They keep scrolling. Keep saving posts. Keep asking the same questions.
If you're tired of knowing what to do and not doing it, that's a you problem. Not an information problem.
I'm done pretending more free content is going to fix it. And frankly I don't have the energy to work with people who don't want to help themselves.
You want change? Let's do it.
You want free advice to screen shot? Take it up with google or chatgpt.

No lesson here. No deeper meaning.
Just a picture I love because I got dressed up for a friend's birthday party and these shoes make me unreasonably happy. Seriously, zoom in on them.
And if you don't like them, know that it changes nothing and I could not care less. ;p Carry on!

Quick question for my 35+ momma's from one tired ass 44 year old momma. 🤣 I’m exhausted from traveling and staying up way past my bed time for way too many nights. And I wasn’t even partying 🤪. But for real:
What's the thing about your health that's tripping you up the most right now?
Not the big picture stuff. The specific thing that keeps getting in your way.
Is it finding time to work out?
Eating enough protein?
Setting boundaries so you're not running on fumes?
Actually prioritizing sleep?
Drop it in the comments. I'm curious what's actually holding you back.
