3M's Makings Policies:
1. All items are made to order unless otherwise specified. Please be sure to check with me prior to ordering if you have a specific date you need an item by.
2. Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be granted if there is an error with the product on the fault of 3M's Makings. Re-making for customer error will be done at the customer’s expense.
3. 3M’s Makings must be notified of the defective/incorrect item (s) within 3 days of product delivery. After 3 days, the customer must accept the product in the condition it was received.
4. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
5. All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) and a tracking number is provided when the package ships.
