Am I the only one who doesn't use kits in their journals? I just saw a beautiful Kitchen journal but is was so obviously a kit. No personality at all. I do use digitals but pages, not kits and put them together in a journal along with ephemera I make. I am sure there are others who feel the same. I mean if it someone else's kit is it really your journal?

Recycled gift bag into wall art. Love upcycling trash into beauty. Seed beads used for texture.
I have been making clusters from just the stuff sitting around on my desk! I have never made clusters and thought it would be daunting, but it really isn't! If you take about 5 or 6 pieces of ephemera on your table and just arrange them in a small space and voila! you have a cluster. Sit and try it and then post pics of your creations. You will be amazed at what you make and you will have them ready for future journals and pages.

Made a beautiful vintage envelope with a sliding closure. Using some of my edge punches to add some interest. This will be going into my ideas journal. I love seeing an image and then figuring how to make in my style.

Then mold it around the tip of the toothpick. It picks up small pieces of paper, sequins, little jewels and embellishments. No need to spend money when you can make it with stuff you already probably have in your stash,
