Healthee Life, Powdered Microgreens, living a healthy lifestyle from the inside out… Your Urban Microgreens. Founder
GinaMarie Leggio
Living a healthy lifestyle has always been part of my life and has become more relevant in my life as I have aged. That being said, my passion for finding other ways of adding to living my healthiest life has been an interesting journey. So I've taken these past few years to figure out a way to be able to continue living a healthy life from the inside out. I've been quietly working this past year and after a ton of hard work and research I've been able to collaborate and join an amazing farm family Yum!!! They are located in Weeki Wachee, FL on agricultural USA land, where they are dedicated to growing only the highest quality of Organic Microgreens. I am so excited to announce from all the dedication and perseverance in continuing living a healthy life, I've been able to launch my new 100% Powdered Microgreens by Healthee Life. Be part of the microgreen family and my continued quest to live a healthy life by joining me on achieving lasting health without the treadmill of diet fads and pills, by providing the most up-to-date information on microgreens and nutritious plant-based recipes from across the world. In the next few weeks please stay tuned for Healthee Life, full launch 2023. Each week we will post a variety of information, recipes and videos of my continued journey of living a Healthee Lifestyle. The future in microgreens and the benefits it brings. I am so proud to be able to bring this product to all of you!!!!

Healthee Life weekly Recipe, looking for a light, beautiful dish that actually fills you up?
Caprese Salad with Microgreens is one of my favorite twists on the classic. By adding a mix of microgreens, h**p seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds, we get extra fiber, plant protein and omega-3s — without changing what we love about Caprese.
It's ready in 15 minutes, serves 10 (perfect for meal prep or entertaining), works for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Ingredients & instructions below — let me know if you try it!
Prep: 15 min | Serves 10 | 145 kcal What you need:
2 cups microgreens of choice
1/4 tbsp powdered microgreens of choice (extra boost)
12 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced ¼" thick
2-3 large beefsteak tomatoes, sliced ¼" thick
1 tsp flax seeds + 1 tsp sesame seeds + 1 tbsp h**p seeds
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Sea salt + balsamic glaze to drizzle
How to: Toss microgreens with seeds, olive oil & balsamic
Pat mozzarella & tomato slices dry (no soggy salad!)
Alternate on platter: cheese, tomato, microgreens
Salt + glaze drizzle. Serve immediately!
Pro tip: Use ripe, in-season tomatoes and slice cheese/tomato the same size for that perfect bite.
Who's trying this for lunch this week? 👇 Save this for your next gathering — it's breakfast, lunch AND dinner approved!
