Shower glass installation is complete!

Room modification. Customer requested enlargement of the breakfast area opening.

We have completed our project to a high standard. The glass installers will soon be fitting the shower glass. Throughout our renovation, we replaced the flooring, widened the toilet room wall space, painted the interior, fitted new light fixtures, countertops, and faucets, replaced the mirror, and converted the shower and tub into a walk-in shower. Thank you again, Ms. Rose, for entrusting me with this work and allowing me to showcase my creativity! 🙏🏻

We are nearing completion. All tile work has been finished. Tomorrow, we will proceed with grouting and miscellaneous tasks to finalize the project.

Update: progress is being made… flooring, painting, framed mirror, new counters, and faucets are done. Additionally, we've put in new lights and plumbing. This week, we began working on the shower tile. It's coming together. Woohoo!

Yes, I've returned! While progress is taking a bit longer, we're advancing steadily. The customer is thrilled! The project's completion is eagerly anticipated.

I’m crawling in the attic today.

Hey this looks familiar to a movie I haven’t seen in a long time. Know what movie this is?

Hint: Yippe-ki-yay.

Whew! This was a challenge. Replaced shutters and exterior light fixtures. The scaffolding was wobbly, I added tie downs to minimize the shaking. Front porch was super high and the wind didn’t help. The exterior light fixtures were custom made. They were extremely large and heavy. But at end, it all came together and I survived. Customer was so happy.

Phase one-
Day one: Room conversion. My client just purchased their new home and needed a 4th bedroom with a closet. We also framed out for a large niche facing front entry and framed for double doors entering new bedroom. As always we cover our clients flooring with ram board and plastic carpet protection. More to come as my project progresses.

Completed an awesome major master bath remodeling project. Clement Project 2023! Walk in shower, interior painting, new counters, refinished vanity cabinets and mirror, added new lights and fan. Also upgraded the guest and half bath too. Thank you Clements !🙏🏻 😊
