kapè cha started as a quiet idea.
built from late nights, long days, and a lot of “what ifs.”
no storefront. no big team.
just a love for coffee, matcha, culture, and community.
somehow, that turned into pop-ups, long lines,
and faces that became familiar fast.
you showed up. you stayed.
you trusted us with your moments.
this year taught us a lot.
we learned as we went.
we adjusted, adapted, ran out of things, tried again.
we weren’t perfect, but we showed up with heart.
for culture.
for connection.
for something that feels warm and intentional.
we’re grateful for where we are
and for everyone who’s been part of this journey.
kapè cha exists because of you 🤍

tiramisu latte, made slow
layers of espresso, cream, and a little cocoa dusted on top
our coffee beans come from buôn ma thuột, vietnam, known as the coffee capital of the country. mornings start with coffee, conversations happen over coffee, and community is built around it.
roasted in seattle’s little saigon, a place rooted in culture, care, and community. this cup isn’t just coffee, it’s history, migration, and connection poured into one drink.
from vietnam to seattle to this moment right here.
thank you for being part of our little community 🤎
