rynesandberg23 Long overdue with update, but catching up from last month and a half. On a routine of every week chemo treatment! Feeling good during these days and traveling, also not missing a beat on daily routines and things I usually do. Tests will follow in couple weeks to see progress. Enjoyed first week of Cubs Spring Training with sunshine, golf and plenty of baseball. Being there around everybody involved was best medicine, manager, coaches and players and alumini is uplifting for my body and soul! Removed any cobwebs on the golf course and Won some matches, playing for 5 a side and same for total! Came to play for sure. Game face!! Cubs players are invigorating to talk to and spend time with.. Thank God for baseball! Thank God for doctors, nurses and mod-medicine. To ALL of you, thanks for continued support and prayers! Let's kick some butt together. God is giving me hope, positive additude, and gratitude! Best of days, 🦏 💪

rynesandberg23 It gives me a great joy to have a statue outside of Wrigley Field, alongside other Cubs legends like Ernie Banks, Ron Santo, Billy Williams, and Harry Caray. It's a wonderful tribute to my outstanding career and contributions to the Cubs from 1982 to 1997. I'm so thankful to the Chicago Cubs organization, my fans, and everyone who made this possible. It's an incredible feeling to know that my legacy is been honored in this way. Go cubs!! 🦏💙 💪

rynesandberg23 Flashback Friday, a week ago in Malibu Ca. Prayers and thoughts to the firefighters doing a tough job! They catch a break! I'm doing my regular things and very active after first treatment on Monday. Little fever and severe back aches for a night then had a good night sleep, second day in hospital, went home Wednesday and doing what I do ever since! Holiday Spirit is present and so is God! Looking forward to whole family around for Holidays. The Best medicine going! Everyone have a joyous and loving Christmas Season this year! Peace.
