Offbeat Elegance for ALL bodies. Offbeat Threads sells clothing that is just a little different, a little unusual and not something you'd find just anywhere.
I've been sewing for over 15 years with my latest accomplishment being sewing for Pasties and Paddles, a local punk-rock, size-postive burlesque troop. I specialize in elegant and elaborate gowns and corsets, but can do pretty much anything. If you can dream it up, I can do it.
Offbeat Threads is currently closed as the owner has started nursing school and no longer has time for sewing. Thank you!

When Gigi needed a special gown for the Marine Corps Birthday Ball, she knew just where to go. This stunning blue crepe back satin gown, is perfectly fitted and embellished with dark blue swarovski hotfix crystals. I only wish I'd been able to see the look on her Marine's face when he saw her.

This ithe bra I made for the Beyond Pink Auction. This group provided 100 grants last year to help low income women get thermography scans. A much better technology for early detection of Breast Cancer.

These were three corsets that were made for Sola's wedding. From one side they are al lthe same, a dark cotton with starts and embellished with crystals, but they are also all reversible, with fabric unique to each bridesmaid's personality. Pics of the reverse sides coming soon.
