Here we have a picture of our cake donut, our raised glazed and our old fashioned. In the picture of the dozen in the box, they are the ones in middle row. I love how each of our donuts is so different. The yeast donuts (the raised, and the bars) have a lighter fluffy texture and the artificially raised (baking powder), the cake and old fashions, have a denser, but also lovely texture. Give them a try and let us know what you think! What’s your favorite?!?

Thank you all for the support this weekend! Just a reminder that we will not be open next weekend (March 6 & 7) but our site will be live for the following weekend (March 13 & 14) starting tomorrow!
Also if you haven’t ordered yourself a raised glazed or two, I highly recommend it! Jeremy’s recipe is truly the softest, melt in your mouth raised glazed! 🍩❤️

Halfway through the week got us thinking about the weekend 🍩🍩🍩.
This moment in the kitchen is repeated 4 times every day with each type of dough. What you are seeing here is the dough for our raised glazed and fritters. You have to be patient, it takes time to roll it out so you don’t over work the dough and so it’s the perfect thickness. Each step in the scratch-made donut making process requires meticulous attention to detail. Each step is worth it so we can create delicious donuts with wonderful texture.
