Commissioner Gray has partnered with Splendora Sports Association, & together they are hosting a FREE Softball Clinic on Tuesday (6/16).

The camp will be held at Ipes Park in Splendora for girls aged 6-16, from 9am-12p.

Must bring your own glove & equipment. 🥎🇺🇸

These girls came into the weekend as a newly formed team looking to get some work in, and they left as a family of sisters.

All weekend long they played for each other. They battled through the heat, never quit, and never let a bad inning define them. The coaches witnessed so many firsts that helped get them where they ended up..
first slides, first outfield catches, first double plays, and countless moments of growth and determination.

Every player embraced her role and stepped up when her team needed her. That’s what makes this group special. It wasn’t about one player, it was about a team of girls working together toward the same goal.

We couldn’t be more proud of these young ladies and the heart they showed this weekend. The future is bright for this group! ❤️🥎
