We understand emergencies happen and give 1 emergency cancellation before 24 hour without any fee, but when you cancel before 24 hours it leaves us with too little of time to replace your missed time slot! We respect your time and save your preferred time, please leave us that same respect!
If you are later than 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled as this will interfere with the next clients schedule. Please make sure to arrive early for the best possible service.
If you are a NCNS you are charged 100% of the service. If an emergency happened we will understand this. Please notify us as we take calls and text from our spa.
You are sent 48 and 24 hour notification texts, during any of those notifications if you know you won't be able to make your appointment Please let us know ASAP so we can get your spot filled.
When you NCNS we use product, set up your room beforehand, and wait for you not to show up. Please respect our time.
