Sorry it's been a while since I posted! Life has been crazy! I started school in January. I am working to get my Bachelor's in Fitness and Nutrition ☺️ College algebra is kicking my tail!!! I'm currently learning how to graph a parabola.... AND we have our algebra midterm exam next week!!! I'm so scared 😬

I will soon be working more on my meal prep business! Stay tuned for a little surprise I will have for April!

It's been a L-O-N-G time since I've made homemade bread machine bread! This is a white bread loaf. I love being able to control the ingredients! Soon I will be getting the ingredients for a low carb loaf. I'll let y'all know how it turns out! 🍞 This recipe is from allrecipes.

Dinner tonight was salmon patties with roasted sweet potatoes & green beans. We had some tartar sauce but the star of the show was the homemade remoulade sauce! 😋
