Today we pulled a Cummins on a front end loader to replace the oil pan on site in sycamore. Customer needed it next day and shops needed a couple days to do it. We did it in 7 hours.

Mounting new landing legs for a customer that took off without cranking them up. Accidents happen.

Customer had a little accident trying to tow a tractor out of the mud and needed the truck back to working order ASAP. We were able to straighten and put new bolts in and send them to their next delivery!

The other day, we had a road call come in just as we were finishing up the day to go home. We were absolutely spent after another long day. So Matt and Mark jumped into the service truck with knuckles dragging and headed to Bartlett to replace a very nasty starter on a truck that was blocking the loading docks of big warehouse. Other trucks were waiting to unload but couldn't do anything until the truck with the bad starter got fixed and out of the way...NO PRESSURE!!! This is what they looked like when they got back... YUCK!

Had a bit of a special request yesterday. Changing a water pump on a caterpillar forklift.

Had a road call in Walworth Wisconsin Saturday. Truck would crank but not start. Scanned it and it had low injection control pressure. Found this plastic in the IPR causing high pressure oil to just dump and not fire the injectors. Replaced it and sent the driver on his way!

This customer had a broken transmission shift fork and lost 1st and reverse. We were able to locate the fork and replace it for them in a matter of hours so they could keep running the truck. Keep in mind folks we work on site and we work fast to keep your trucks up and running!

Customer had a blown transmission. So we jumped right on it got them a new one. Out with the old and in with the new and having some fun while doing it.

It totally stinks when this happens. This dump trailer burned up the wheel bearings and the whole set of duals came off on the road. Had to carefully cut off the old bearings from the spindle and grind/file everything down so it would fit the new bearings. It took almost 10 hrs!

So I hardly ever go on Facebook even though I know I should. As I scroll through some pics, I'm finding some pretty cool ones to post. Here's a trans we pulled out of a Mack with a bad high/low syncro. We're really good at taking them apart... still working on getting them together though! Just kidding... piece of cake!
