Parsons-Bruce Art Association has cancelled Kids Kollege 2020. The board of directors regrets having to make this decision due to circumstances beyond its control. The decision to cancel was made for the safety of the children, volunteers and everyone involved in organizing Kids Kollege. The PBAA Board and I believe the best decision has been made at this time. Cathy Cole, PBAA Co-Chair

Betty Caldwell's Suggested Materials ;
Drawing pad (suggested heavy paper. Look for drawing paper suitable for oil pastels)
Drawing pencil
Box of soft oil pastels (any brand). There are lots to pick from on Amazon. I wouldn’t spend over $20 for a box. Many are less expensive. Van Gogh by Utrecht is a good brand. Fabre- Castell, Arteza, Pentel, and Mungyo are a few brands that also will work fine. Walmart may have some with lots of colors. Be sure you are getting oil pastels and not chalk pastels.
The location for Parsons-Bruce Art Association’s Fall Social has changed. The social will now be held at Bellevue home of James and Jennifer Edmunds, 3001 Bellevue Road, Halifax, VA. Please note the date and time are the same Thursday, October 25 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
