Been a while since I posted. Here is a blast freezer floor we sprayed last Friday. This company refurbishes modular blast freezers for Messer.

I always get asked if I spray small jobs. Yes, I do small jobs. Just two small rooms and a roof today.

Finished up a swim spa building today. R30 on the walls and roof with closed cell foam. Got a nice little note from the home owner. 🥰

Spraying closed cell foam on the walls, roof and underside of the floor on this little cabin on an island along the Delaware River today and hopefully tomorrow. Fun Fact: Closed cell foam is an acceptable flood resistant material according to FEMA. Fiberglass.... Is not. Just Google "FEMA flood resistant materials" for more information.

Sprayed closed cell foam into the roof of this small shed/out building. I'll post more pictures after I clean up from spraying.

$20 an hour to start.

Looking to add another person to our crew. We primarily focus on installing closed-cell and open-cell polyurethane foam insulation. On occasion we will install Sound Deadening products. Business is based out of Souderton but we are temporarily running our shop from Perkasie. Pay starts at $18 an hour. Obviously hourly pay will go up based on your abilities and attitude. Hours of operation are normally 7am to 330-4. Rarely work Saturday. We've been in business for 11 years. We work hard and have a lot of fun. This is not an office position, you will be out on jobsites with the boss. Must have a driver's license and your own vehicle.

Jobsite prep and clean up
Training is "on the job"
If you're experienced and can spray that's a big bonus.
Hours are typically 730-4
Saturday work is limited but sometimes happens.
Drivers license required
No smoking
Construction experience a plus but not needed.
No personal tools needed.

***We do not install fiberglass***
This is not an itchy job. Spray foam is not itchy.

Even tho it was 95 degrees outside we managed to spray this garage renovation with closed cell foam.
R-21 in the walls.
R-30 in the ceiling and 2nd floor roof deck.

Musty crawlspace? We can use closed cell foam to insulate the exterior walls and floor and help reduce the humidity under your floors. We sprayed at least 2 inches everywhere under this floor. We also sprayed the walls above the floor in this room, the roof deck in the attic and the 2nd floor walls.

We were hired to spray the flat ceiling of a second floor apartment. Landlord removed the drop ceilings and drywall to exposed everything. We had to cover all the walls and carpet with plastic before any spraying started. It was a lot of prep but we got it finished in 2 days. Ceiling/roof is now R30.
