Emerald Grove Healing is now open for all services! If you are needing Nutrition Testing, Reiki or Acupressure, please give me a call at 262-903-0549. I am open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to me. This is why I ask that we both follow safety guidelines of washing hands before the appointment, and then wearing a mask during the appointment. And, please know that I thoroughly clean the office after each client.
As you begin to venture out after sheltering at home, please stay safe!

The Disappearance of the Word “CURE” from Modern Medicine
"Modern medicine" does not cure. Only abates the symptoms with prescription drugs, or eradicates cells so no cancer will grow.....all this does is create more patients who will have more symptoms and diseases....really sad :-(

The Healthy Kids Day at the YMCA was awesome! Lots of kids learning about healthy ways to grow up, which includes exercise, chiropractic, and nutrition.
Here are a few tips to help kids grow up healthy (please note that these numbers are averages):
Calcium to lay down bone:
1 to 3 years of age need 500 milligrams
4 to 8 need 800 milligrams
9 to 18 need 1300 milligrams
Protein to build and repair tissue:
1 to 3 years of age need 13 grams
4 to 8 need 19 grams
9 to 13 need 34 grams
14 and up 46-52 grams
Fiber for proper digestion:
Vegetables
Whole grains
Fruit
Legumes
Water to hydrate body:
5 to 8 years old: 33 ounces
9 to 12 years old: 50 ounces
13 and up need 68 ounces
And last, but not least: plenty of EXERCISE and FRESH AIR!
