The Wilderness Girls spent the day with Keep Slidell Beautiful and spent some time giving back to our community! The girls and moms worked hard to clean up the trash around olde town, keeping our community beautiful! ☀️🧼😊

🌊🦈 Our girls had the BEST night at Mississippi Aquarium ZZZ’s Under the Sea Overnight! We got to hangout with the sharks, dolphins and stingrays. We even slept right next to a giant aquarium! It was definitely an unforgettable night!🐢🐠💙
Our Wilderness Girls had such a fun day with Cross Gates Family Fitness! They learned how to fuel their bodies with confidence, starting with a lesson from Rendi on how to read nutrition labels and the importance of eating all the colors of the rainbow. 🥝🍓🫐
Stephanie also led the girls through a lesson on what it means to be strong—not just physically, but in the way we challenge ourselves and support one another. The girls got moving with some yoga!
A huge THANK YOU to Cross Gates for pouring into our girls and making this day possible! Cross Gates generously donated a yoga mat for every girl as well as providing all of the food for the event. We are so grateful for your support of the Wilderness Girls! 💕

🐴💚 Today our Wilderness Girls had an incredible time at Pirate’s Promise!
Our horse lessons are about so much more than riding. The girls learn how to safely handle, groom, and care for horses while gaining hands-on experience and confidence every step of the way.
Through these lessons they’re learning responsibility, patience, teamwork, and compassion—while helping care for some amazing horses. We’re so thankful to Pirate’s Promise for sharing their knowledge and giving our girls such a meaningful experience.

🌿 What an incredible day with our Wilderness Girls! 💚
This past Sunday, our girls spent early evening giving back through a caring community project with Keep Slidell Beautiful They helped plant 6 beautiful camellia’s and created their own stepping stones, learned about the importance of recycling, and weren’t afraid to get their hands dirty!
It was a day filled with teamwork, creativity, learning, and plenty of smiles. Watching these girls connect with nature while making a positive impact on their community is exactly what Wilderness Girls is all about.
