I love creating beautiful rooms without breaking the bank. Color motivates me and repurposing old thi I have done makeovers that would amaze you for $200.
I studied Interior Design at Florida State University and after a long hiatus with raising a family and other creative enterprises,
got "back into the biz" a few years ago. I think everyone should live in a home that is beautiful and I get inspired and excited when I help someone achieve a special look for their home. And I have done entire homes too. In order to keep prices down and quality high

The London look. Soft walls contrast with sharp, black/white and touches of red.

A dull lifeless room
comes to life with vivid color and accessories. This was done a few years ago and I just found some photos of it. The owner was thrilled.

Here is a creative and inexpensive way to add some pizzazz to your wall decor. Grab some self adhesive sticker art from a craft store or even the Dollar Tree. Re-use an old picture frame. Cut a piece of poster paper to fit frame. Apply art stickers in a pleasing pattern to the posterboard and insert in photo frame. Be sure to keep out several pieces to extend on the wall beyond the frame. This gives the illusion that art is growing out of the picture or in the case of these butterflies that they have escaped from the frame. You may use flowers, shells, stars. The ideas are endless. This makes a striking wall composition.

Here is Bookcase makeover. The homeowner was off to the right start and we left some of her pieces just as they were. But others needed to be rearranged and additional greenery put in place. We both were pleased with the new arrangement.

Just a little rearranging and editing can make a big difference in the way your art wall looks. We pulled out some of the smaller pieces that seemed to be cluttering the space and rearranged for a more balanced look. What do you think of the makeover?

Make your artwork look more important by mounting it on a larger canvas that has been painted to coordinate with your decor. This is less expensive than matting and framing and has a more contemporary feeling.

Making a table from found objects is a fun and creative way for a one-of-a-kind piece. When I took down my no longer working clock I decided it would make a great table top and I found just the right base for it in my garage. It was part an old bubblegum machine. Old wooden wheels, crates, even a birdbath can make a unique table, topped with a piece of glass.

I recently completed the bedrooms for two pr***en girls. The client's twin girls were thrilled with the results. They have totally different tastes which is very cool. J1 likes diamonds and fun, bright color. J2 favors more streamlined decor and darker color without too many extras. Contact me if you would like to create a beautiful room at an affordable price.
